Location:
- Fly over the Valles Oriental, at only 30 minutes away from Barcelona, with take off in Cardedeu. You will discover air amazing panoramas and landscapes, overfly unique points of interest in the Montseny Natural Park region; and with a clear sky, you will have the opportunity to admire the Montserrat peaks, Barcelona itself on a clear day and the Mediterranean sea.
- Hot-air balloon flight over the Osuna area with take-off in Vic, which is about 1 hour from Barcelona. When flying at low altitude, you will see the old part of Vic. When reaching 3.000 feet, you will have the unique opportunity to discover a complete panorama of the region, the imposing Pyrenees mountains and the Montseny peak.
Programme:
- Activity description: The activity starts at sunrise with the pick up of the passengers at the meeting point. The passengers have then the possibility to help with the preparation of the flight, such as setting and inflation of the balloon. When the balloon is up, we take off for a ride which will last more than an hour. The wind is the master of our way up the Catalonian landscapes. The landing marks the end of our ride. The “rescue team” comes to collect the balloon. We then celebrate the flight at the landing spot with a Cava toast and a special brunch. Passengers will also receive a flight certificate signed by the pilot.
- Duration of the activity: Half a day, including a minimum flight of 1 hour.
- Flying hours: In the morning, just after sunrise.
- Days of activity: We concentrate the flights on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. Regarding availability for the rest of the week, it is possible to organize flights for groups, special events or for the passengers who have chosen the exclusive flight option.

- Flying season: In Catalonia it is possible to fly equally during summer or winter. In fact, flying in winter offers some interesting advantages for the passengers: The weather is generally more stable what allows a longer flight and you can get up later as sunrise takes place later in the morning.
- Good weather conditions for a good flight: Hot-air Ballooning is an activity directly linked with the weather conditions. To ensure the flight, we absolutely need to have weak winds (less than 20 kmph) and no rain. In case of unsuitable weather conditions the flight is postponed to another day.
- Restriction: A balloon ride is a very safe activity but in order for our passengers to avoid running any risk, we advise pregnant women and children under 6 not to fly.
Price and booking:
The basic option is a 8 passenger flight (150 Euro per person), but we can organize flights for groups up to 100 people. Please ask for a quote. According to the number of participants, we can offer a transfer service from the hotel in 4x4 or minivan. The activity can end with a typical Catalonian brunch.
